At Auldweave, we understand that receiving your order smoothly and on time is an important part of your shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we prepare, ship, and deliver orders placed through auldweave.com, so you know what to expect after completing your purchase.

1. Delivery Area

Auldweave currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

To ensure successful delivery, customers should provide a complete residential or business address when placing an order. Most courier partners require a physical delivery location, therefore P.O. Box addresses are not supported.

2. Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping fees are calculated based on your total order value (after any discounts are applied) as outlined in the table below:

All-Inclusive Pricing

The price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable for your order. All listed product prices and shipping fees are all-inclusive, meaning that any necessary import customs clearance, documentation, or logistics processing required for delivery to the United Kingdom is fully handled by Auldweave or our fulfilment partners. Customers are guaranteed that they will not be asked to pay any additional customs fees, delivery handling charges, or unexpected costs upon delivery.

Delivery Options

At this time, Auldweave offers standard delivery only. We do not provide next day delivery or other expedited shipping options.

3. Delivery Time Overview

The total delivery timeframe consists of two stages.

Order Preparation Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order Preparation Time: 1 to 3 business days
  • Shipping Time After Dispatch: 3 to 7 business days

Based on these timeframes, most orders arrive within approximately 4 to 10 business days after the order is placed.

Our team always works to prepare and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order processing, courier capacity, public holidays, peak periods, and delivery location.

Business days for order preparation and shipping refer to Monday through Friday and exclude UK public holidays, while our customer service team remains available Monday through Saturday for inquiries.

In accordance with UK consumer regulations, if any unexpected delay occurs, all deliveries will be completed within a maximum of 30 days unless an alternative timeframe is explicitly agreed upon.

4. Order Preparation

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. (GMT) may begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will start processing on the following working day.

If an unexpected delay occurs, such as a temporary stock issue, our team will contact you by email with updated information before the order is shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors such as high seasonal demand, weather conditions, public holidays, courier capacity, or courier network delays.

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@auldweave.com so our support team can assist with tracking and resolving the issue whenever possible.

6. Delivery Partners

To deliver orders across the United Kingdom efficiently, Auldweave cooperates with several established courier providers including Evri, Royal Mail, and Yodel.

The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on delivery location, parcel size, and operational availability. The courier used does not affect the shipping cost applied to your order.

7. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Customers can also monitor delivery progress through the Order Tracker page available on our website.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the situation with the courier.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the outer packaging and the product. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be reported up to 30 days after delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement, correction, or refund in accordance with that policy.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, we recommend contacting our support team within 12 hours of placing the order.

Because we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, early contact helps ensure we can make changes before the parcel enters the shipping process.

Even after the first 12 hours, modifications or cancellations may still be possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, changes can no longer be made.

If you decide not to keep the item after receiving it, you may return it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Auldweave cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate address details provided at checkout.

Before completing your order, we kindly recommend checking the following details carefully:

  • Postcode accuracy
  • Building number or house name
  • Street name and locality information

If any part of the address is incomplete or incorrect, or if the delivery location has restricted access such as entry gates or security systems, the courier may be unable to complete the delivery.

If you expect to be away from home due to travel, work commitments, or other circumstances, we recommend arranging an alternative delivery option in advance. Many couriers allow parcels to be redirected to a trusted neighbour or a nearby parcel shop for collection, which can help prevent missed deliveries or lost packages.
